Shipping Schedule
We ship orders Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) to ensure product quality and freshness.
U.S. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $9.00
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 within the continental United States
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unopened, sealed, and in its original condition
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
To start a return, please email Hello@TryAlodi.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide next steps.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with issues such as leakage or broken packaging, we’ll make it right.

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
